Participant Information


Runners are expected to be self-sufficient in their preparation and supplies.  This includes aspects of hydration, nutrition, and gear.  

Loop start

  • Each loop starts precisely 1 hour after the last
  • Warning will be given 3 ,2, and 1 minutes prior to start of each loop
  • Participants must be in the starting corral at the bell
  • All loops and the official race time clock will start at the bell (no late starts)

Gear

Runners will be expected to provide their own gear for the race. Runners should be prepared to provide themselves with the following:

  • a timing device
  • headlamp (for night run)
  • water during run on the trail
  • snacks & nutrition

Runners Station

  • A runners' station will be located at the START/FINISH area. 
  • This area will have water jugs for runners to refill personal water containers.
  • A first aid kit with basic first aid supplies are available if needed.
